Sonya is a Senior Career Consultant for the University Career Center. She has 10+ years working with students of all ages from K-12 to Higher Education where she has developed pedagogical skills in planning, cultural awareness, adaptability, and most of all creativity.
Sonya’s passions include art and education having received a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Education from Texas A&M International University and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in Studio Art with a focus in Drawing and Painting from UTSA. Her professional interests include leadership, career development, and research.
